Every year Pecan Pie is a staple at Christmas,  I just love making different designs every year and this one was last year's 2016.

This version of a warm toffee pudding english pudding was made with a rich banana cake recipe loaded with currants, craisins and pecans!

This was my first endeavor at making a barley soup. A really filling soup that I made with hamburger, mushrooms, sweet potatoes and a host of vegetables!
